The hotel is very nice: a huge beautiful territory, fantastic breakfast, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. For those who are visiting Haitang Bay for the first time, swimming in the sea here is not possible: very strong wind, dangerous currents… The sea is more for admiring and wetting your feet) We lived in a large room with a swimming pool, the room is really big and comfortable. We stayed in January, and it was cool to swim in the room's pool. Therefore, the daughters only swam in it on a large inflatable flamingo, jumping into the water only once, but my husband swam a couple of times. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, the architects did a great job; very cool landscaping and height difference work. the details of the hotel : There are 3 swimming pools on the territory - adult, stylized as a natural bath;), the warmest and it was the one that most of the guests swam); children's with slides - my daughter did not get out of it, there is a foam party every day at 5 pm. Delight); and the pool overlooking the sea - very beautiful, but very cold) and it was empty))) the pools have a lot of equipment such as a huge variety of inflatable circles etc. Children's entertainment: in addition to the slides mentioned above in the pool, there is a detached building (camp) with a children's room for games and creativity, a room with slides and a dry pool, and a children's kitchen. Classes are held there almost every hour every day according to the schedule, including cooking class. And this is not only for toddlers, but also for young teenagers there is a special program. Moreover, a playground is right next to the building. Special thanks to the Chinese girl who knows Russian quite well, Daria. She was in touch with us on WeChat the entire time we stayed at the hotel and helped us when needed.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. We would especially like to highlight Albert, a member of the reception staff, whose attention made all the difference. He was always very helpful, attentive, and willing to assist at any time, making us feel welcome from the very first day. Without a doubt, his professionalism and friendly manner contributed to making our experience even better. We would definitely return.

I couldn't swim at the hotel beach, as swimming is not allowed. I understand this is for safety reasons; that area is dangerous due to sea conditions.

The food, the bed, and the bath

Variety of break fast, club lounge and swimming pool! I can say cost performance is good.

Lobby lounge cafe, outside chairs of the room balcony and the changing room next by swimming pool. No hot water from the shower in the changing room…tried 3 shower booths but all were same no hot water…and locker was not that clean. Looks like not many people use often, so no body really maintain there. But better to check if there is hot water from the shower at least every morning… Staff at lobby lounge cafe always didn’t really take an attention at the guest. Had seat and waited for 10min, no body came and after putting the menu on the table…again no body came… And all cushions on the room balcony chairs were prepared by top side down due to all upper sides were worn out… It was still able to seat but…come on…it’s Hyatt… Overall about this hotel equipments and services, places guests are always there, staff and equipments are ok but otherwise it’s easy to find out shoddy sides…hope these would be optimized.
