The service was amazing. The facilities and pools were well maintained and staffed. The concierge Carmen checked on us and suggested things for us we didn’t even know we wanted.

When we checked in nothing was in the room. No slippers, no toothbrush, no bathing items. Dirty room with dust and dirty toilets. We have been waiting for toothbrush 2 hours.
