Приехали раньше времени заселения. На ресепшен неправильно поняли наше бронирование,но сразу пришёл на помощь Leo Huang Yafei,он помог нам подключиться к WeChat. Мы сразу выяснили у него что включает лаундж. При бронировании номера нигде не могли найти информацию о лаундже. Очень рекомендую попросить при заселении подключить вас к WeChat. В этом чате можно спрашивать всю информацию и писать когда вам потребуется помощь. Во время нашего проживания чувствовали заботу и внимание. Получали в чате сообщения от Leo о мероприятиях в отеле,времени работы лаунджа и ресторана.
Номер супер! В нем очень приятно находиться! Очень красивый. Напитки в день заезда бесплатно. Большой балкон с ванной и зоной для отдыха. Письменный стол-произведение искусства!По телевизору подключен канал Россия. Комфортная кровать с удобным матрасом и сатиновым бельем!!!!
Завтрак до 11 часов. Супчики,омлеты,выпечка,фрукты. Вообщем,максимум того,чем можно завтракать.
Посещения лаунджа С 14 до 17 часов. Шведский стол:мясное блюдо, бутерброды с красной рыбой,различные сендвичи,много разных пирожных,фрукты. Ассортимент пирожных меняют, поэтому пока находишься можно попробовать разные виды. Напитки: пиво трёх видов,кола,фанта,соки,чай и кофе из кофемашины. С 17 до 19 сет набор ( тарелка супа,салат, два разных пирожных и бутерброд. Напитки уже за дополнительную плату)Получается практически ужин. Всё очень вкусно. Спасибо и за это тоже плюс!!!
Бассейны огромные. Шезлонги везде есть свободные,полотенца длинные на весь шезлонг и без всяких карточек. У бассейна всегда стоит вода в индивидуальных упаковках, солнцезащитный крем 50 единиц и освежающая вода-спрей для лица. Можно так же пользоваться кругами и жилетами для тех, кто не умеет плавать. Опять забота о нас!!!!! Спасибо!
Море! Много читала,что купаться нельзя. НО... мы купались! Вышли к морю и недалеко справа около соседнего отеля Rosewood Sanya возможно купание. Может там структура дна другая. Спасатели никого из моря не выгоняют.

酒店中式风格在各个细节体现，对比周围酒店的现代金属感（外貌，打车路过），我个人更喜欢中国风，可以通过细节鼓励孩子了解中国文化比如乾堂，各种国画包括木雕乃至紫檀，香柏楼的名称，都是知识，特别喜欢。
我昨天从沙滩溜达回来的早晨，太快乐了，光着脚丫（我自身有责任哈，光着脚丫且快乐地没有看脚下），在紫檀2号楼一层电梯那踩到了一大摊水，摔了个大马趴，膝盖磕紫了一大块（今天紫的，昨天只是疼）。庆幸摔的是我，不是孩子，提醒大家多多注意脚下。

The environment is very beautiful, the design of the hotel is also very Chinese and nice. The view of the room was very nice. The hotel is very close to the beach (5 min by walk). The breakfast is very good, a lot of variety of fresh food. The idea of the boat around the hotel is very pleasant but everything has a cost which is a bit bad. The bubble swimming pool for children is also a very good idea. The kids club is nice for children ( inside and outside). The BBQ at night, is very nice, some music played, very comfy.
The bed is clearly too soft. I would prefer a harder bed. When booking we were not aware of afternoon Tea and we were impossible to book it after. The swimming pool was not very clean in my opinion ( many leaves) and with no shadow at all. The Spanish restaurant is not enough visible though their food is extremely delicious and well cooked (1st floor named La mesa). We wanted to visit the wood art gallery but it was closed. And the smell of the kid's club is very strong. It feels a bit toxic for the children.

We spent three days of our vacation at the Fairmont Hotel in Sanya, and it was a fantastic experience in terms of both the facilities and the service! We were impressed by the elegant Chinese-style furnishings and the beautiful waterway. The service provided by Nicole Hu was exceptionally warm and attentive—she arranged a wonderful room with welcome fruits, assisted us with trip planning and activities, and kindly granted us a late checkout. I would highly recommend this experience to others in the future!😊
