Very dog friendly and good sized room/bathroom.
Paint work and decor a bit tired around the windows and there was a hole in the wall. Although most of the room was clean it was dusty in corners and beside the bed. It was incredibly hot in the bathroom - no ventilation and hard to have bedroom windows open because of the noise from the garden area until closing time.
