Ivory Phi Phi Island

Great location, the lady at the front desk was most helpful and most kind, exactly like what other reviews said. If I’m to come back i will stay here again because of her hospitality.

The bed is pretty firm

We had an amazing stay there, Junnie at Reception was awesome she recommended us where to eat, what to visit and do on the island. She is a gem and real treasure for the hotel. The location was fantastic and the room was clean.

The room was as described. Basic and clean. Air conditioning worked well. What gives this hotel 10/10 was the lady at the front desk. She was warm and welcoming and very helpful with food/activity suggestions and making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Location.

The manager throws herself onto you, she hugs you, kisses you, takes selfies with you with filters, she is obnoxious, wants to hang out with you, interrupts you, talks to you every time you arrive or leave, even if you are in a hurry to get to a boat or to a ride or something else. That alone was inconvenient enough. There wasn't a single hook to hang a coat, in the bathroom the sink wasn't draining, I told the manager and she said it would be fixed that day, at night it was still like that but there is no manager 24 hours, the next morning she said she didn't know that we had left so she could not send plumbers in case we were in the room (maybe she doesn't know that she could knock on the door to find out whether we were inside or not). The shower head came off the second day, the sink was not fixed until the 3rd and last day. It was not clean enough for our taste, the bathroom smelled. We were uncomfortable. This place is for very young people who don't mind anything but going out at night (it is right in the middle of all the night activities for youth) and who are going to sleep in the beach during the day and use this place only to have their luggage secured, or something like that. Definitely NOT for families. When we were leaving, the manager asked us many times to give this place a 5 star arguing that it was cheap, however, we moved to a 3 star hotel with a pool in front of the beach with breakfast included (amazing buffet) for the exact same price.
