An Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Made Special by an Amazing Lady!
We had a lovely stay, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was the wonderful lady who looked after us. She was, without a doubt, one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met.
She recommended the best restaurants, the most beautiful places to visit and even helped us find the perfect island tour. She went above and beyond to make sure her guests had the best possible experience in Phi Phi.
But what makes her truly special is not just her knowledge or helpfulness; it is her beautiful heart, genuine kindness and the way she makes everyone feel welcome and cared for.
You can really tell that she loves what she does and genuinely wants her guests to enjoy every moment of their stay.
I would honestly come back and stay at this hotel again just to see her and say hello! People like her make all the difference and turn a simple hotel stay into a beautiful memory.

Location.
The manager throws herself onto you, she hugs you, kisses you, takes selfies with you with filters, she is obnoxious, wants to hang out with you, interrupts you, talks to you every time you arrive or leave, even if you are in a hurry to get to a boat or to a ride or something else. That alone was inconvenient enough. There wasn't a single hook to hang a coat, in the bathroom the sink wasn't draining, I told the manager and she said it would be fixed that day, at night it was still like that but there is no manager 24 hours, the next morning she said she didn't know that we had left so she could not send plumbers in case we were in the room (maybe she doesn't know that she could knock on the door to find out whether we were inside or not). The shower head came off the second day, the sink was not fixed until the 3rd and last day. It was not clean enough for our taste, the bathroom smelled. We were uncomfortable. This place is for very young people who don't mind anything but going out at night (it is right in the middle of all the night activities for youth) and who are going to sleep in the beach during the day and use this place only to have their luggage secured, or something like that. Definitely NOT for families. When we were leaving, the manager asked us many times to give this place a 5 star arguing that it was cheap, however, we moved to a 3 star hotel with a pool in front of the beach with breakfast included (amazing buffet) for the exact same price.
