We read the reviews and thought, we‘ll give it a try. Actually I think some reviewers are are bringing in their european standard glasses, for Phi Phi standards its resonable priced for what you get. The room is clean, shower worked well, toilet was also good.
Only thing: some guest might not realized that not everybody is partying until 4am, it can be a bit noisy when the late owls return and do not respect the quiet zone signs in the room area.

The location was perfect! The bed an AC, too!
They don’t have face towels, just body towels; our shower was clogged so it would soak very quickly, I wish they had some sort of table or chair for us to put our suitcases and our stuff (we had to put everything on the floor), and having sidetables near the bed would be a great help, too!
