The staff was absolutely AMAZING.

Room was not what I expected - should have requested level 2 or up. Ground floor very damp and often smelly. Room a bit tired

The ambience of the place, when I first walked in, it felt as a tropical resort should. Greeted by friendly concierge and reception staff - BULA! Everyone is so happy and vibrant. Our room was pristine and comfortable, the buffet breakfast is amazing as were all the restaurant menu options. I loved the facilities, activities and pool the Warwick offered. We had such a fabulous time!

I can't fault the place

It was a beautiful set up and on the beach with a beautiful view. Nice pool and bar with music. Our room was right in front of the pool and the bedrooms were comfortable.

The slow customer service, food took along time and there was a few times we had ordered food and it just took over an hour so the kids ended up having the buffet food instead but it wasn’t their preference to do so. Drinks would take ages too, we wanted to have our drinks with our food but drinks would come once we wanted to leave because we had finished.

The staff were very friendly

When we arrived the rooms were overbooked and we had to move to the “sister” hotel for the night. Next morning, it took half the day to sort out our room. The next day we were awakened by extremely noisy renovation works happening in the room next door. Drills and hammers all day. Guests should not be given rooms next door to noisy works. All means in the buffet were lukewarm from breakfast to dinners. Nothing was hot. Food was tasty though.
