The room was spacious, with clean sheets and a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the night market and nearby shops. Being situated uphill, it’s also far enough away from the noise and crowds,. The room was very clean.
A special thanks to Ms. Bao Tran who went above and beyond to assist us. She helped us find and book a very comfortable 10-seater limousine to Nha Trang, explained everything clearly, and was extremely organised,it made our travel plans much easier.
The only minor issue was that the edges of the towels were slightly frayed, but this didn’t affect our stay at all.

Location is great, with views and close to the lake and walking distance to the GO! Dalat Mall. The hotel is boutique and offers a wonderful breakfast on the top level with great views of the lake and surrounding city area. The hostess and personnel were wonderful, helpful and accommodating
No air conditioning, many electrical outlets did not work. There was no safe in the room.
