The hotel is strategically located, next to the lake, with a cafe just situated next to it, and walking distance to the night market (can see the market through the room window) on one end, Lam Vien square on the other end. there are also few local noodle stores and vietnamese coffee stores less than 200 m from the hotel. The lady receptionist is friendly and helpful, helping us to book taxi to airport with lower rate compared to grab. The room is huge with 2 comfortable double beds, it is clean.
Traffic noise is faintly noticeable as it is just close to the main road beside the lake.
Need to walk up few staircases to reach the lift. The lift opens in between the floors, so need to walk up or down staircase to access to rooms.

Super hôtel , très proche du centre et dans une rue calme .
Le personnel est adorable et au petit soin.
Nous avons eu deux chambres , une avec quelques traces d’humidité (sans plus) et l’autre était parfaite. Cela n’enlève rien à notre super expérience dans cet hôtel 👍👍
Légère traces d’humidité sur les stores et sur les murs. Mais rien de grave.

location of hotel is awsome , right at Xuan Huong ,
Hotel need flies screen , when we was opened the windows , there was bees got in
the climate now has changed , summer season is getting hot, there is no aircon has installing , it has caused uncomfortable.

Great location, overlooking lake. Close to market
Improper pest control, our room had ants and lizard. The receptionist in the evening was extremely courteous and offered an upgraded room, however that had cockroaches. That receptionist was exceptional in customer service, cleared the ants, tried removing lizard
