Location & views. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Parking wasn’t guaranteed. The hotel is looking quite worn around the edges. There aren’t enough electric sockets in rooms. The lift doesn’t actually stop on a level with rooms on it.

Shower & bathroom was good View was excellent Bar area & terrace was nice

Lift smells of smoke. Breakfast was very poor. Carpets throughout need a thorough clean. Staff were a mix of OK & pretty poor
