Perfect location for exploring Looe, right on the harbour side, overlooking the fish market. The staff were lovely and the food was better than we expected, best Mussels i have had in years- certainly fresh!

Just remember you are staying next to a working port, so depending on tide times, the boats are starting up and moving around. Not the hotel fault.

Overlooking the harbour very clean and tidy

Bedroom very hot maybe air con in the room would have been good.

Location was great and the bar, staff and breakfast were great

No air conditioning in the heatwave. Just a small fan in a room which didn’t do much
