THE STAFF ARE SO NICE, POLITE, FRIENDLY ... Their behavior is so nice with kids and family, so supportive and helpful especially AYU who treated and cared about my Kids.
AMAZING HOTEL & RESORT... VILLA IS SO NICE.
The architecture of the resort is amazing and ambiance is so quite and calm.
It is recommended for family only the VILLA.
Location is perfect: the hotel is located in a calm street, surrounded by very good restaurants, and just 3 min from Monkey forest.
I would like to recommend to keep the architecture of the hotel as it is with minor renovation of windows and toilets especially inside the standard rooms... so the HOTEL will be the best,

The location near the monkey forest, the tranquility of the place. The rooms are comfortable and clean :) The staff is attentive

Room wasn’t clean at all and we asked the staff to clean but still dirty unfortunately
