It’s not our first time staying in this area, and logistically, in my opinion, it is the most convenient spot in the old town. However, the hotel itself was a disappointment.
We arrived after 9:00 PM (and the hosts knew this in advance and had confirmed it), but the room wasn’t ready! Past nine in the evening, and the room was still not ready! It’s my first time experiencing something like this. We had to walk around for almost another hour. The room itself wasn't impressive either, but it's okay for one night. The entrance to the hotel is through a souvenir shop.

Tha bathroom need some renovation and the room also need some renovation but it's OK for the location and price

They provided towel.
They offer free coffee or tea.
The location was perfect. It is close to a tram and train stop. Especially it's very easy to go to the Asian side by train.
The staff told me a recommendation for meals
The smell in bathroom was not good.
Facilities were old.
