Die Lage
Zu kleiner Frühstücksraum und Restaurant, Gäste suchen freie Plätze und das nachfüllen
des Buffet ist stockend wenn überhaupt geschehen.

Großes Lob an das Hotel mit dem Konzept. Super freundliches Team in allen Bereichen, angefangen bei den Zimmerdamen, weiter über die Kellner, nicht zu vergessen die Azubis in ihren besonderen Shirts, den jungen Männern an der SPA-Rezeption, der Dame in Beauty-Abteilung (wir hatten leider nur eine Anwendung) bis zu den Frauen und Männern an der Rezeption. Prima und macht weiter so!
Wenn ich lange überlege und unbedingt etwas finden möchte, würde ich die Lautstärke der Klospülung bemängeln 😅

The location is great, scenic, half board dinner is good. Spa area is great. The general area around the hotel is beautiful.
Awful nights sleep, It’s the single most important aspect of a hotel booking. The pillows were diabolical , shallow to the point you may as well not have them, I didn’t sleep at all. The staff are okay, they are trying their best but customer service isn’t a strong point. Please keep in mind this is mostly German speaking, they don’t speak much English which was not an issue. The breakfast was not great, I was expecting more considering the dinner that we had. When you pay 480gbp, 576 Euros for two nights , I am expecting a lot more as we chose this over the Kempinski in Dresden which was at an identical price point for far superior service. I would not recommend for families or anyone that values their sleep.
