La stanza molto bella, curata e comoda. Sala molto pulita e la giusta distanza tra i tavoli. Bar curato. Spa piccola ma confortevole. Buffet della colazione molto ricco, la cena molto variegata e qualità davvero ottima. Personale davvero molto disponibile e gentile. Envi, joanna, e la ragazza mora con la treccia davvero super. Da tenere stretti.

Staff gentile e premuroso, ottima la colazione e anche la cena. Molto puliti. Camere arredate con gusto, balconcino davvero grazioso.
Il Wi-Fi non funziona bene, nella spa non c’era una vasca a idromassaggio, i materassi purtroppo erano a molle e un po’ affossati per cui il riposo non è stato esattamente ottimale.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the Dolomites. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and relaxing. The food was good, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. We truly enjoyed our time here.
Only a few minor points. The variety of food at dinner was sometimes inconsistent. For example, on our first evening there was an excellent selection of fresh fruit, while on another evening the only fruit available was watermelon. The salad buffet could also offer a little more variety.At breakfast, I repeatedly requested fried eggs with a fully cooked yolk, but they were always served runny.My main observation concerns the waiter at dinner. He was polite and efficient, but the level of attention given to guests was noticeably uneven. Some tables received extensive personal interaction, hiking advice, route recommendations and detailed conversations about their day, while we received very little engagement throughout our stay. On one evening, I even had to greet him first when he arrived at our table. This did not significantly affect our overall experience, but making all guests feel equally welcome would make the experience even better.
