It was in an excellent location with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room and en suite with both spacious with a comfortable bed and lots of storage. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and served with a smile.
The lack of accessible power sockets for charging devices. Hooks for coats etc. would have been useful.

The location was excellent.
Initial greeting of “name, here is you key, how are you paying card or cash”, disappeared!
Bedroom curtains needed re hanging and we were told “there’s a knack regarding use”
Shower very difficult to control.
No toiletries in shower or tissues.

"Small hotel with a great quiet location overlooking The Pavillion Gardens, but only a short walk to restaurants. Large warm room with a comfortable bed and lake view. Excellent breakfast."
