Very good

super comfortable bed spacious room, very nice, modern, functional design spotless clean amazing large pool very pretty, but not pompous exterior spaces, blending really nice with the area tranquil great cocktails at reasonable (for the area) prices friendly and accommodating people at the reception

The food. It could be a matter of individual taste. For me, even though the ingredients were fresh, all courses (we had dinner five times, given a menu of two appetizers, two main courses to select from & dessert) was either overcooked or undercooked and the flavours did not complement each other. I wouldn't choose to have dinner in the restaurant again, if I hadn't booked the half board option. Having being to Rethymno town beforehand, I had a taste of the local cuisine (which is amazing) and I was expecting something quite similar, but that was not it.

Overpriced mediocre experience

Good location, very close to Elounda and Aghios Nikolaos. Breakfast was ok. Comfy double bed. Very nice sea view from our room (superior) and from the restaurant. The girls in the reception were polite. Adults only policy respected 👍.

Definitely an overpriced choice! The room wasn't much. No one asked if we needed help with our luggage and especially the guy that welcomed us, he saw me how i was struggling with my suitcase and he didn't even give a hand for two stairs. There was also another guy at the restaurant, who was borderline rude when he had to inform us about the dinner policy and made us feel very uncomfortable. Many spots inside our room seemed to need maintenance (dampness on the wall, the sink and shower drainage wasn't good, the A/C lid was somehow mis located, the bathroom window didn't open, because the handle was broken, the closet smelled horribly like sweat or something). Also there wasn't any window net. The pool paint was coming off. Parking space was insufficient to hotel's capacity. Overall, everything seemed to be roughly made, with a "we dont care" attitude. We expected more in this money.Definitely not recommended!!!!

Pleasant

The view of the pool, the food area is just beautiful. You can relax and enjoy it truly.

The bed was not comfortable, its very old. With every move it makes strange noises… you cant sleep deep because of the noise of the bed… this does not fit with the price of the hotel sorry!!! Also our air conditioner dropped off water. We informed the information. They told us that they will fix it?! Nothing happened. I had to switch it off in order to sleep

Cozy place close to Agios Nikolaos. It's necessary to have car and when you do - enjoy the area

Nice spacious room with big balcony. Tasty breakfast with great seating outside (spectacular views). Pool area wasn't crowded. This is the place that allows you to forget leaving it - they have kitchen open all day with various selection of food and drinks.

There was a kitchen behind a thin wall so we've been disturbed more often that we would've wanted. Receptionist was too cool to introduce house rules and told us to read everything ourselves. Therefore we didn't know about beach towels that they provide and brought ours to the pool (we quickly realized the situation, though).

That was great time and we were happy choosing this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful quiet location with amazing view. Good breakfasts. Wide, comfortable bed. Good meals and drinks :)

Maybe pool would require refreshment but it wasn't big issue.

Sky is the limit for this hotel

Great location , good facilities overall and the staff was really really helpful and kind and polite. Breakfast also very good.

Cleaning needs improvement. Bathrooms in particular. But the whole room needed more attention for sure. Also cannot imagine in 2023 hotels (no matter what type of room you book) without smart tv. And also parking could be improved.

In general I liked all...view from balcony, view from pool, good staff. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

Extremely small and inconvenient bathroom. Normally I don't judge, but this was crazy. Water from the shower was everywhere. It was hard to relax while using it. Architects of building or interior designers made a mistake in planning it. :P

I won’t come back here nor recommend to others

the only thing we liked from this hotel was the sea view also that breakfast was included in the price.

I can’t say much unfortunately cuz we got the worse room (201) with the baddest smell from the toilet which we complained about every day several times but we didn’t got a better one. also every noise outside we can hear in the room which is very very very disturbing. the bed also was very bad and uncomfortable.

Good stay, just outside of Ag Nikolas

Good view to the sea, although we were fuven a first floor room. Nice looking pool which we did not use as it was still quite cool in May. Adequate size room, with a balcony. Absolutely lovely and helpful staff. Good breakfast fare.

Very disappointed to be in a hotel of some standing and have to request a water boiler, which was supposedly included in our toom type, AND not find neither soap nor shampoo in the bathroom. Also, the shower had neither door nor curtain and we dislike wetting both the floor and the toilet. No floor rug as provided for the bathroom area. We made do.

Very comfortable bed.

Reception Staff was too noisy at late/ very early hours in the morning. Since our room was close to the reception we could hear all the laugh which made it hard to sleep.

Very good

Nice terrace for breakfast with great view of the sea and good choice of variety. Room was clean and cozy A bit outside of Agios Nikolaios, but only 10 minutes by car. Definitely you need a car to move around.

The walls seem a bit thin, so depending on where you room is you can hear the reception/entrance area, but during night time it was quiet anyhow, so no big deal

the location is beautiful and quiet, walking distance to the beach and very close to many sightseeing areas. Nice pool.

Quality and variety of breakfast to be improved. Prices too high for the area and the overall quality. Everyone passing could see inside the room

Nice location to stay when flexible with a car. Friendly people working in the hotel and the terrace has a pleasant view

Good location with a nice terrace and sea view. Good also when flexible by car for eg. possible hiking tours in the near nature. Friendly people and very helpful.

Some rooms are near by/close to the area of the cleaning service, which is somewhat loud in the morning hours and when starting early.

Great accomodation and location

Location is great, driving distance from Agia Nikolaos. We even walked one night and it was doable. Small, not too busy beach right in front of the hotel.

The bathroom is rather small and the shower doesn't have a curtain so the water goes all over the place.

Nice hotel with beautiful panorama

Room and service were great. The food was extraordinary. For breakfast they offered a pretty good selection with home-made jams, high quality products. Dinner is set menu, again highest quality ingredients, flavourful dishes. Location is perfect if you have a car to discover the neighborhood.

I don't mind at all but maybe for some it's strange that they wash the towels every 3 nights.
