Location was great and the room with the view did worth the extra fee. The food selection at breakfast was great with several hot or cold, savoury or sweet options.
The beverages (coffee and juices) at breakfast can definitely be improved.

We got a sea-view room and we got one in block D. Rooms is quite big for 2 people. Wifi is reliable and fast. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is included and was generally okay with many warm plates options. Pool area is nice. Excellent location in downtown Elounda where you can walk for drinks/food every evening. Parking area appreciated (did not find it as challenging as others, but as Greek am used to odd places). Beach/pool towers provided.
- As others report, the hotel needs some maintenance which would make it better, e.g. in our room some of the switches did not work, let alone some pillows had stains which is a sign of not optimal cleaning
- The coffee machine for breakfast was broken on our last day and generally was low quality.
- The pool area closes at 18.30 which is very early and it was always very busy, therefore it does not live up to expectations.

The location of the hotel is excelent as in 2 minutes walking distance you are by the sea at a very romantic scenery. The staff was very polite and eager to listen and help in any way they could. The size of the rooms were decent and the breakfast ok.
First and foremost what I would like to emphasize is the that 4 stars hotel in Cyprus are NOTHING like this, I ve stayed in a 3 star hotel in Limassol which was much better than this one.
Cleanliness of the room was bad. Sheets were clean BUT covers were stained, sofa in the room was stained, bathrooms weren't very clean, bathroom mixer was broken, water was leaking from the shower making a mess.
Toilets were very small and uncomfortable.
1st room we stayed in had an issue with the A/C from the moment we got there and 2 days later it started leaking, stuff was very cooperative and switch us to an identical room next to it which had other issues that I described earlier.
