Best seaside resort on Crete

Has everything on-site you would ever need. close to town and sights. Staff are friendly and excellent breakfast and bar.

Overall a very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel

This was our third time to stay at this hotel and everything was as we had expected.

No coffee sachets in the room and on requesting same we got tea bags with advice to buy coffee at the local supermarket.

Not up to expectations

Nothing in particular. It was just ok.

We were expecting something more from a 4 star resort. The private beach is a joke. The hotel is mainly for elderly people. Some of the staff members were very rude for no reason and should not work facing people. The hotel would be barely ok if it was a 3 star hotel.

very nice staff. very clean great location prettiest hotel on that strip. upgrade to junior suite sky lounge

it’s more 3* buffet breakfast wasn’t for us on-site restaurant was ok. nothing special. the private beach is a tiny area across the road separate shower preferable we were right below the sky lounge so could hear the chairs being moved. etc. husband didn’t like the beds and didn’t sleep well, but I found them comfy. ( personal preference ) none of the little negative spoilt our stay

The cooked breakfast could have been better baked beans were luke warm and hard and their wasn't any bacon not sure if it was sliced ham instead? but on the rest of the choices were good

loved the location, and the view from the room. Breakfast awful

view from balcony was tremendous! it was also very clean and comfy.

included breakfast very poor. my fried egg was so hard it was inedible, been lying there too long, tray had not been replenished with fresh fried eggs. Scrambled egg was over cooked and separated, also been lying there too long. bread was tasteless and dry. croissant was also tough and inedible! big let down, usually love breakfasts! The Greek yoghurt was nice though!

Nice hotel, in a quiet place with a enjoyable view of the sea. Very good and varied breakfast. Rooftop bar and swimming pool well-served. Hotel is very close to all the restaurants. Staff kind and helpful

Air con units are very old, rooms are small, breakfast buffet is not hygienic. Tv and air con remotes were filthy.

Little nice hotel with fantastic restaurant

Nice little hotel with modern rooms. What I would emphasize is the food. The breakfast was rich and varied. For the first time, I experienced squeezing my orange juice for breakfast. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with designer-like furniture made of natural materials. For dinner, they have a terrace, which is above the sea and is beautiful. The waiters are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The menu, as well as the wine list are very rich, and the food, as well as the serving is a fantasy. The girls at the reception and the owner are also great. Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay and in particular the culinary restaurant of the hotel.

The restaurant is exceptional - the best in the entire area, including Agios Nikolaos. Great chef and beautifully located on a pier. The bar is also nice. The location is perfect, on the quiet side of Elounda.

Beds were rather hard.

We had a really relaxing holiday at this hotel!

The hotel was clean, the room was nice. It’s located right at the (private) beach and you don’t hear any noise from the streets around you. We didn’t hear our neighbors from our room. The breakfast (especially the fresh orange juice) is one thing to look forward to! The staff is kind and welcoming and they try their best to keep everyone safe in times like these. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel :)

It’s a bit far from bigger cities, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. It’s quite windy at the pool (since it’s a rooftop pool) and the beach is rather small.

Very nice hotel at the sea

Really directly by the sea and private beach, nice, big rooftop-pool, friendly staff and really great breakfast!!

Elounda is not that interesting, but the hotel is very close to all the restaurants, 7min to the „center“ and mini „harbour“

Wonderful view. It has a restaurant by the sea and you can swim in the beach next to it. The breakfast buffet was pretty nice with quality food. It also has big rooms with balcony. The hotel is clean and the personnel hospitable and kind!

The parking lot is okay but it is difficult to find a spot if you arrive after 12am.

The room size was ok and the bed was comfortable enough. The beach was nice. Location was good.

The beach hasn’t got enough sun lounges people leave their towels in the morning and not back till late so we can’t use the beds. The breakfast was included 22 euro a day for couple which is not worth it at all. Not much selection and not tasty at all.

Amazing value for money, located right on the water with a rooftop pool.. the restaurant on the water has great food and amazing views... short walk to the center with all restaurants and shops close by... free parking next to hotel...

This is great family run hotel, perfect location to the main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable and new towels daily. The breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold foods and freshly squeezed orange juice. The food served in the restaurant was also very good. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. This is truly a little gem of a hotel and we would definitely return.

Basic facilities, great location, but...

1. Location was excellent 2. It was quiet 3. Breakfast was good

1. Property had accepted an early check-in for 9am. When we arrived there, we were told that check-in will be after 12pm and that they did not know who/why someone had said that. We traveled from Heraklio straight to the hotel for that only reason. Nothing was offered as a gesture of apology and on top of that when we asked if we could have breakfast at least while waiting for 3 hours, they wanted to charge us 10 euros a head! 2. In the room the drying cable was cut and although we asked, it was never fixed. 3. Room cleaning/tidying process was very basic. The bedding was never changed, just towels.
