Beachfront beds difficult to find and no help at all

The hotel has a beautiful and large garden, with lots of plants and flowers, running path. I liked the food in the restaurant, the choice was amazing and the food quality was really high. The beach was ok, but the swimming area felt a little limited and sand was grey and dusty. The room was clean and neat.
It took a long and quite expensive drive to get from the airport to the hotel. Upon my arrival the front desk staff was not too attentive and friendly as I would expect. I was given a room in a far corner of the large compound: I had to cross the road and walk long to get to my room, as well as walk back to the restaurant or get any drinks and beach, so it felt a bit discouraging. Sound isolation between the rooms is not great.

Majority of the staff seems unhappy, inattentive. Kids playroom active in quite limited hours. Restaurant service and food quality is below average.
