Beautiful and historic rooms but inside the rooms it’s still renovated but with respect for the history of the place. It’s located super conveniently to experience Saluzzo.
It’s hard to find a fault but we also only stayed for a night and didn’t have breakfast. Just be aware that if you’re arriving by train it’s a bit of a walk uphill from the station :)

The hotel is quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
Not to have more time to fully enjoy and appreciate both the hotel and the lovely town of Saluzzo.

It’s a stunning location, but tricky to find by car, would have liked more detailed instructions. The building itself is attractive as you’d expect from an ancient converted convent, with a peaceful ambiance.
The staff are amazing and a credit to the hotel.
I stayed here 6 nights in a superior double room with balcony, my first impression of my room was one of disappointment.
I hadn’t appreciated that I’d need to be in training to cope with the vertical cobbled hill to get to and from the hotel. In the end I took my car everywhere, not for the faint hearted.
The room itself was small and dreary with lots of maintenance issues, such as scuff marks on the walls, paint missing, mould on shower screen. Broken tissue box and too much unwanted clutter next to the basin. Basin plug not working. And for me, the worst sin of all, a mix of nasty metal and plastic hangars in the wardrobe reminding me I was in some cheap motel, not a 4 star hotel.
Breakfast was unimaginative, bread was stale, although the croissants were nice. Poor selection of ham and cheese, the only fruit on offer was melon slices. Coffee was delicious and served with a smile.
The whole place lacked a creative spark or imagination, it could be made so much better and more comfortable with relatively little effort. Unfortunately I was left with the impression of what it might have been like to be a nun.
