this was a great location for the end of our Camino Walk, The room is simple and just what we needed to transition to travel the next day. The place was clean, and comfortable.
We would like to have had communication directly with us and not through BOOKING.com which was difficult to access on the last few days of our travels.

The location is excellent, it was noisy, but we expected that as it overlooks Plaza de Galicia. The room was a fair size, with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was fine, good quality towels, minimal toiletries provided but that was ok.
Check in!!!!! For our 3 night stay, I had arranged a check in time between 14.00 and 15.00, which was approved by the hotel. When we arrived at 14.50, the door was closed with a sign saying Check in closes at 14.00........ I messaged the hotel, no reply. We phoned 2 numbers provided, no reply, we tried several times. So having been travelling since 5.30am, this was extremely stressful. In the end we felt the only option was to book another hotel for the night and try and gain access the next day. That wasn't cheap!
The hotel eventually replied to my message at 17.30 with instructions.....I pointed out this was too late as I had made other arrangements. We did gain access the following day and am currently trying to get a refund for the first night. The advert on Booking.com is not accurate, there is not a Reception and no check in between 14.00 and 23.30. It states the staff at the non existent Reception speak 3 languages. The only person we saw was the cleaner, who was lovely, but only spoke Spanish, that wasn't a problem for us, but it may be for others. I would also point out the Hotel is on the 4th floor and the lift is extremely small, so if you have a lot of luggage, good luck.

Damp. Poorly decorated. Rooms not allocated to payments, just given room numbers and sort out amongst yourselves. No toiletries. Minimum toilet paper. No staff. All self service.
