Hotel bien situado, junto a la Puerta de Toledo. Posibilidad de contratar comidas y Spa ( se paga a parte). Tiene parking.

Las paredes de la habitación que nos tocó ( 202) tenía mocos pegados junnto a la cama. La ducha no funcionaba bien. Salía agua por debajo y la presion era muy débil.El parking es super estrecho. No adecuado para coches grandes y la rampa para salir es muy empinada.

A estrutura do hotel é muito gira. Quartos amplos e camas confortáveis. Check in apenas a partir das 16h, chegamos às 14h e em poucos minutos deram-nos um quarto. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos.

Pequeno almoço muito básico e servido junto da "taberna", algo barulhento. Os lugares de estacionamento são muito pequenos. O horário do check in é um pouco tardio, apenas às 16h, mas facilmente contornaram esta questão. Champo e gel de banho fornecido em quantidades reduzidas, unidose por ocupante.
