Location and friendliness. The towels.
Looks and feels like ready for a renovation of the facilities.
The Aircon was more like humid air not really cold air.
Breakfast starts too late at 7:30.

Excellent location, near everything. Good value. Friendly enough staff. Clean spacious room with a window to the street, and comfortable beds.
The building in general, the windows and bathroom in particular, need a little updating. It is all clean and tidy, but you can tell it's seen better days.

Hotel was really easy to find. Underground hotel parking. Really convenient location. Friendly hotel staff. Large room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast with plenty of options
