location great if you want to step away from central Venice, more space than I would have expected and great bathroom
only thing I could have done with was a cheese grater!

Everything about the stay was excellent, starting with the communication with the hotel, which was prompt, friendly and very helpful. The location on Giudecca is ideal: peaceful and away from the crowds of the historic centre, yet only a short vaporetto ride from the heart of Venice. I also really liked the digital key system. Opening the door through the app was simple and convenient, and it made arrival completely stress-free.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was well organised and exactly as described, so I have no suggestions for improvement.

We all loved its easy access and breathtaking setting.
The apartment was conveniently located. The photos are slightly misleading as you have to stretch out the window to get a full application of the views across the canals but hearing the sound of water traffic early was a sure delight. The room was everthing a stay asks for. Good beds, pillows, and a decent shower. The people checking us in and out were accommodating and pleasant.
The first night and day the aircon unit was loud and disturbing and should have been checked prior. The rooms needed someone paying attention to refilling water and toilet rolls. We had to do this ourselves. The bathroom shower inside the bath is a standard but was abnormally slippery lending itself to an accident.
The safe didn’t work.
