Location was convenient, quiet and comfortable. Affordable and people were lovely and happy to accommodate.
Room was a little bit unclean, toilet was loose and wobbly, some extra detail to the cleans could make a difference

Aya was super nice and helpful. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. The garden is just perfect for spending some time. 5 minutes walking from the Travertine gates.

Aya and family were lovely, and very helpful. The pool was fabulous, clean (water changed every third day), and there was a lovely garden. There was parking outside, and it was a quiet area close to the terraces.
Essentially a one star hotel. Sheet had holes, no upper sheet, shower holder missing (both addressed on request), sink tap & toilet flush broken, toilet not attached to floor, no fridge, bedside lamp or power point beside bed. I booked this hotel (twice the price of the cheaper ones like Hotel Pamukkale) expecting the higher standard usual for the price everywhere else in Turkey. Aya was quick to address issues, however broken fittings should have been noticed during cleaning (and had clearly been broken for some time. Others have commented on the lack of top sheet but this has not changed. Not nice being expected to use bed covers used by others which may or may not have been washed.
