Accueil chaleureux et dévoué de notre hôte (transport gratuit à l'entrée du site de Hierapolis / Pamukkale, réservation de billets de transport en bus, ...). Très belle chambre quasi neuve, belle piscine et excellent petit déjeuner. Très bon restaurant.

Our room at the ground floor was very big and clean. We enjoyed the pool and a drink from the hotel bar. The hotel does not have a private parking but you can leave your car in the street for free. The hotel is 5 minutes far by car from Pamukkale/Hierapolis site. The staff is nice, but I think English should be improved (we communicated through Google Translate...)
Our shower was heavily leaking, some basic maintenance should be provided.

The location was great and breakfast was good.
The toilet seat's lid was broken- it kept falling down while trying to sit or stand- very annoying. The shower head was broken, no window or fan in the bathroom. No soundproofing and our room was right next to the kitchen and hotel's toilet so we could hear everything. There was also a yellow stain on the wall where the toilet is which is probably water damage but looked disgusting right next to the bed. On the third day the electricity was out for 30 minutes no generator but after that the aircon also didn't work until the following morning. Our stay included breakfast and we skipped breakfast the last 2 days and they still charged us for the extra water we took during our stay. Staff wasn't friendly either.
