The property is in an amazing location.
View is beautiful.
The people are nice and welcoming.
Breakfast was good
The interior is a bit out dated. Needs some work. But it seems they are making changes these days.
The bed is not comfortable enough.
New mattress would help.

The location was ideal. Within very short driving distance to Porto Heli, Costa. The room was very clean and with great view. The restaurants offered good food and the breakfast was really good with lots of options for all preferences. The stuff was very friendly and supportive. The private beach was well organized with chairs, umbrellas etc. We had lots of relaxing moments by the pool which was great!
The room was not very big but didn't affect the quality of our stay.

The location is great. Nice swimming pool, right in front of the beach, although you can find much better ones in the area. The pizza restaurant is great.
The place is in desperate need of renovation and some hoovers. The room was full of hairs, not ours, of course. The furnishing and sanitary fixtures need some renovation. The whole room needs a good rearrangement. Finally, the soundproofing is non-existent.
