The most important was staff very helpful and courteous,property was well accessible to every attraction.
Beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. Reception staff and the property manager went put of way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.
Food menu choices were too limited and cocktails were not even available.

Exceptional service from the entire team. Due to delays in our plans, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary massage and a free late check out, which made a big difference to our stay. All staff showed outstanding hospitality and genuine care. Zineb is a highly professional massage therapist, not just a light massage but a truly therapeutic experience. And Mohammed at the reception took care of everything for us from start to finish with great attention and kindness.

Rooms are a bit outdated but the location makes up for it.

Sink in second bathroom not working.
Mould on tiles in bathrooms.
Room TV did not have Bein Sports.
No coffee in rooms.
