The location was good. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable.
The breakfast was tasty with a good variety.
They did our laundry for a good price.
We were able to extend our stay for 10,000 korean wong per hour which was very convenient and good value before our flight back home.
There were plenty of nearby restaurants to eat at.
Nothing.

Only a short walk from the bus stop from the airport. Good location with easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants around, a Starbucks, 7-11, and CU. Color scheme and decorations made for a fun experience. The upgrade to a suite gave us more room and having a mini fridge was useful.
Lighting in the bedroom was very dim. More (or any) fruit at breakfast would have been appreciated. We knew the airport "limo" was going to be more expensive however knowing a surcharge for using credit card instead of cash would have been helfpul.

I like how the hotel is French inspired .. with lovely pictures and quotations on the walls of the dining area. Excellent service at the reception as well as at the restaurant where we had our breakfast. Conveniently located to eateries in the neighbourhood.

The location is pretty good.
It is really outdated and tired. I will attach the photos. There were no bedside table near the sockets, I was really surprised.
Breakfast was disappointing, there was no meat and at the end we needed to clean the plates after ourselves. Plus if we wanted waffles we needed to make them ourselves, the same goes with pancakes.
