We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located right in the city center, close to everything. The rooms are also very beautiful and comfortable, and we had an amazing view over the city, which made our stay even more special.
The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Jin, who was absolutely lovely and helped us a lot during our stay.
We also went to a baseball game, which was amazing! It had been one of our dreams to experience one, and we absolutely loved it.
We truly felt at home in this hotel. We already know that we will come back to Seoul, and we definitely know where we’ll be staying next time! 🥰

Extremely good location in a colourful network of laneways near a subway station, very handy for getting around the city
Poor value for money — our room was nowhere near as nice as any of the photos shown for the room type. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom from a broken pipe, the tub didn’t drain, there were 4 clothes hangers and nowhere to store luggage, and the room wasn’t cleaned in three nights. Very overpriced for the amenities compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in around Korea.
