The value for money . Mainly the room with the kitchen facilities , very suitable for family and guest more that 3 . The location of the hotel with many places for food . Walking distances to shopping malls and other attraction places .
Nothing actually as this apartment is sharing at the local residence area where we cannot expect proper comfort when comes to privacy

The room we stayed in was absolutely huge. Like enough to fit 5 double beds and still have space for all your luggage, a kitchenette and living space. The location is fairly convenient albeit in a busy part of town. Friendly staff are a nice welcome from the otherwise popular apartments around Malaysia. While the decor is dated, the room was clean and nice enough for a short stay.
The rooms are spread over 5 buildings and while they're all next to each other, it means you could be crossing roads and climbing steps with all your belongings. There are no porters to help which I don't really expect at the price range but just be mindful of this. The room is outdated with the bathroom very small for the size of the room.
