This was a prepaid reservation through booking.com but the hotel said they had not been paid so had to pay again. I do NOT recommend this place!!!

I mean yes it’s old but compared to other options for that price it’s perfect, especially the location is unbeatable! in my opinion should have an average rating of 7.5, def not below 7..

The room was literally falling apart , light switches and fittings , missing handles , unsecured room door , no elevator, no English speaking reception, the place just looked dirty . Thankfully I only used the place as a “Day room” for a few hours till it was time for my flight , I would not have slept in the place overnight .

needs a good clean and spruce up. Had someone else’s stale food and drink in the fridge. Steep stairs difficult especially with luggage.

not much. my reservation said I would have a view of the mountains. I had a view of rooftops.

I had NO WATER. I couldn’t take a shower. thank God I had 1/3 bottle of water. I could brush my teeth. couldn’t wash my hands after using the faculties.

They take your credit card as a guarantee , but they charged it and refused to accept cash it says on the agreement you pay at the hotel in ARS cash.

The location was excellent! Really close to the harbor and to different restaurants and bars. The room is ok if you go just for sleeping. Cleanliness and comfort were ok, also the size of the room. The staff weren't too friendly, but it doesn't matter to me. Breakfast was enough, there was caffe, milk, toast and croissants. However, when I made the reservation, I was worried about the place because I had read a lot of awful reviews. But I was there (room 16, 3 nights) and everything was good, according to the rate. I mean, if you want a high quality service, you can't expect it if you pay a really low price.

everything else. let me list some of them: - no elevator. it should have been mentioned on the Add. - the keys to the door didn’t work well. we needed to swing the lock a little bit to get in the right position in order to open and close it. - the breakfast: no natural juice, no hot chocolate, no fruits, no eggs… - the wi-fi was terrible. the only one that worked a little bit, was the one downstairs . - the pillow had lipstick sting on it. I asked for another pillow and they wouldn’t provide us one. - the bathroom’s heat wasn’t working at all. we asked them to fix it and they didn’t care - the water was unstable. at night, sometimes the hot water wouldn’t work. - on the add, there was a bathtub photo, but when we wanted to use it, they said we couldn’t bath on it. So our plans of arriving from the skiing and getting a nice hot tub bath went down the drain. - the bed side lamps didn’t work either. we asked them to fix it and they didn’t care. - the appearance of the room: the curtains were falling down, the closet had no top ceiling, there was nothing like the picture on the add. - the maintenance/storage room was right beside us. there wouldn’t be a problem if the door wouldn’t be creaking! and the staff kept slamming the door to close it early morning.

I never post bad reviews but unfortunately customers do need to know about this hotel. Breakfast was very poor, bread was old and we couldn't eat there. There was mold in the bathroom curtain. Bed was the worst I have ever had and my back still hurts 3 weeks after. Blankets and beddings had old stains and in the pillowcase there were two shabby, hard and half eaten pillows from last century. This is extremely bad service for £50 a night and a hotel that advertise itself as two stars.
