Absolutely loved waking up to the wildlife outside. Perfect if you want to see red macaws and monkeys. The breakfast place in the hotel was amazing. The food quality was great as well as the service.

Hands down the best thing this hotel has to offer is that it's right on Espadilla beach, which is quite a popular beach and for good reason. It felt very liberating to be able to access the beach so conveniently whenever I felt like soaking in the sun or walking along the stretch if I felt like sipping on a coconut.
What I liked about my room is that it was decently spacious with a fridge, sink, and barstool area. The AC is also powerful, which is important for the tropical humid weather in Manuel Antonio. As a guest here you'll very much be able to make yourself at home. The staff is also quite helpful if you have any questions about things to do around the area.
This place is not super well maintained. A few of my light switches didn't work, the shower is weak and it's hard to control the water temperature. There was also a slight sewage smell I noticed a few times after using the shower.
The walk from the check-in kiosk to your room can be quite slippery from either rain or the pool, so it's important to take steps with precautions.
The front desk does not operate 24/7, so you need to make sure you do not lock yourself out past 10pm!

Great location, right on a really nice beach and 10 mins walk to Manuel Antonio entrance. Nice swimming pool. Good welcome on check-in and gave info about lots of tours.
Hotel is quite dated. We had the family room, which was fairly small and next to reception. This meant there was a lot of noise in the evening and overnight from staff working and talking. I wouldn't stay here again for this reason. They charge a lot for 2nd hand books from their traveller library!
