Good location on top of the hill. A bit far to walk to the beach as it is steep and difficult but you can easily take a quick uber. Nice pool. Great breakfast. Fun authentic costa rican decor (although some might find it a bit old fashioned). Weird of me i know but i have an irrational deep fear of tsunamis so was very happy being right at the top of the hill. Loved the breakfast!!
Think we must have been there off season the vibes were a little weird. Hardly saw any other guests and the bar was never open etc (although when we asked staff for a drink they were always happy to sort something out for us). Parking situation was a little tricky but ok if you are a confident driver (and preferably have a reversing camera).

Ideal location to reach Manuel Antonio s parc entrance. Nice pool and garden. Breakfast ok. Rooms are confortable and functional.
Not easy to access the parking.

Breakfast buffet was rich and delicious
Old fashioned style, facilities may need a renovation, road to hotel’s parking lot (must have been a past assembly hall) is narrowed and it gets quite stressful to move in and out, towels policy is irrationally strict
