Beautiful location, rooms were comfortable under normal conditions.

We stayed during a heat wave and the room was so hot as to be almost unbearable - fan was useless and no aircon. Catering staff at breakfast seem to be unaware that we were paying guests- no option for an early breakfast, barking orders as to where to sit, rude.

Great breakfast, lots of places to sit and have good chats with a friend inside and out; gorgeous grounds to wander with lots of benches to sit and read/reflect. Already planning another trip!
