The room size is good. The breakfast is enough, but only jam, toast, cheese, cafe. You can leave your luggage before checkin. Close to bus station.
The bathroom totally need renovation. The tile comes up and there is water underneath it. Little towel, but you can change it every day. You rarely meet staff.

Breakfast very basic - booking site shows there are eggs as well which there were none, needs better coffee dispenser/machine - current already kinda run down, takes ages to make a coffee. Maybe use coffee sachets would be better & also provide creamer sachets for those who likes white coffee. Room 201 needs new mattress cos current already sinking in the middle. Love staying in this area when I am in Jeju for its close proximity convenience to Main Bus Terminal.
Nothing really.....just have to ask to get what you want. I stayed 4 days without any room tidying services, especially trashes with tissues wipe with 'businesses' done with it there for the whole duration of stay. We do respect their wishes for us not to clogged their toilet sewage, but do we need to live with those tissue trash in our room for whole duration of our stays???

The guesthouse has a parking lot next to it, which is convenient if you come by car. The twin room I had was spacious and I highly valued the possibility to be able to do laundry (dryer against a small fee). However, all facilities are a bit outdated and the room was not thoroughly cleaned (hair and dust, spots on the bed linens). Despite these few flaws, it has everything I needed. The staff is very friendly and responsive.
