Perfectly located guesthouse

The guesthouse is perfectly located since it is right next the Jeju bus terminal. It is a huge bonus when travelling in Jeju. In addition, it is next to a home-made kimbap restaurant that opens at 6:30. If you intend to hike (hallasan or a remote olle trail), it is perfect for a picnic. Each bed has a curtain, which is a plus in dormitories. And laundry is free (appart from the dryer).

The wifi connection was not good. Don't expect to be able to watch netflix by night.

Exceptional

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. The bathroom was clean and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are fantastic. They also have a washing machine and a place to hang the clothes. (and a dryer for 3000 won)

Great for exploring Jeju with a low budget.

the staff is very kind and helpfull.

The building is old and the rooms should be refreshed to get a cleaner and lightened appearance. Breakfast was always very crowded and confusing.

Very friendly staff and great location!

First of all, Yeha guesthouse is great for mainly two things: the location and the staff. The location is quiet, and only a 2 minute walk from the Jeju bus terminal. The receptionist was super friendly, great English and helped us quickly. It was nice that the breakfast was quite good (for being in Korea) but make sure to come early in the morning, otherwise the "extras" run out. The room is a good size. Bathroom offers toiletries for free.

The bathroom gets flooded when you have a shower and therefore feels dirty. The mattresses is not covered with sheets, which is a bit uncomfortable. Hard, uncomfortable beds and noisy AC.

great location next to the bus terminal, ideal to go around the island. the social area is big.

the room is very small and there is only one bathroom attached for 6 people. the bed is small and unstable, especially if you are in the upper bunk. to be honest I didn’t find it very clean, especially the bathroom. the breakfast was so poor and it didn’t start on time so that I had to have it outside.

Loved the atmosphere of the place and the kindness of the staff! They were super helpful with my tons of questions! Stayed for a short time. However, I would choose Yeha again when visiting Jeju! Super close to the bus terminal, if you're not renting a car, it's really a strategic place. Breakfast provided was really appreciated. 감사합니다!

Mostly the location & the price.

The service. Not sure why but the lady in the front desk was not very patient or curious to understand. The sensitivity to work in a place where people from all over the world come was not there. I didnt feel welcomed, which was my first strange experience since Koreans had been up to that point just another level in terms of how helpful and welcoming they are. Then the reservation suggested something about drinks, but they were not available. Finally I get to the room and it was the worst room I've stayed since I started traveling around and staying in hostels. Maybe I have been lucky on the other ones, but this was shocking. The room was lacking love. I get this is cheap stay, but it was just run down. It didnt feel like a place to get a good rest. Even the colors were off. It felt gloomy. The bathroom was filthy, but might have been the girls staying there. I could not even shower that first day. I think Yeha has great opportunities to become better. A little TLC could do a lot for this hostel. Hope when you get there, that was taken care of :) Maybe they should add disinfectant sprays at the bathrooms so we can clean after others have used it? Donno. That might be worth considering.

It was a pleasant stay!

Room was clean, there was heating and I felt very comfortable during my stay. There is even a private bathroom and breakfast! Super close to the bus station.

Cozy and clean place to stay

My room is cozy and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Simple and nice breakfast is provided. The common area for dining is also clean and comfortable.

I will stay here if I come to Jeju again. Great place at great value!

We love how the whole place feels like a home. I travelled with my teenage daughter and had a room with private toilet. Toiletries were provided and the water was hot. There was underfloor heating too. Love the room. The breakfast is simple but suffice. We have toast with fruit jam and cheese, as well as Jeju orange juice. The place is only a 10 mins' walk to the bus terminal. We travelled from Seongsan to this bus terminal, and this is the same terminal we take a bus to climb Eorimok Trail at Hallasan (a very pleasant easy trail suitable for most people).

A garage door at the basement will add security to the place, even though Jeju is generally very safe.

Yeeeehaaaaa!

The hotel manager went above and beyond for us when we left one of our possessions behind, and the staff were great in general. 5 minutes from the bus terminal meant a great place to stay and the kitchen was great. Also, free washing machines! We got a bigger room than booked which was a nice bonus.

The mattress was a little hard for us but all in all we were still very comfortable! Not enough of a negative to stop us staying at Yeha again in the future!

Favorite Place to stay in Jeju-Do

The atmosphere is very welcoming. The beds are comfy and the room is very clean. You can tell they spend a lot of time in making the guesthouse comfortable.

Exceptional

Very helpful receptionist, recommended restaurant for dining in late evening, helped me with planning of hike to Hallasan mountain (the bus connections) and I found a buddy whith whom I went to the mountain during planning. Obvious pros include proximity to bus station and less than 10 min from the airport by bus.
