다른 게스트하우스들과는 다르게 부엌이 상당히 컸음. 공용공간도 꽤 크고 냉장고도 많고 화장실, 샤워실도 많음. 시설 자체가 깔끔하지 않다는 의견이 있을 수 있는데 가성비가 워낙 좋음.

중국계나 대만계열 투숙객이 많았는데 매너가 좀 없는 느낌이 없진 않았음. 대신 숙소에서 일하시는 중국인 아주머니는 아주 선하셨음.
