The view from the highest floor of the highest placed building of the complex was great. Also the food cooked by the host was pretty good. The complex is relatively close to Star Beach, a 3 minutes drive, or 15 minutes walking distance.
The water is not drinkable, being extremely salty. To get to our room, we had to climb an over 100 steps stairway which can be pretty exhausting for older people or kids. Also, the closet was dripping constantly, making an unbearable noise in the night. The AC is not included, it costs an extra 9 euro per night.
Though our host rudely made it very clear that we are not allowed in the pool after 7 PM, and demanded my 10 years old daughter to quickly get out of the water, he had no problem with other guests screaming in the middle of the night at the complex's restaurant, disturbing everybody else.
In a 4 stars ”hotel” we had our towels changed only once in a week, but the housekeepers took out trash (mostly plastic bottles of water) on a daily basis.

Friendly hosts, a decent food offering (available for an additional charge), and a nice swimming pool. The location was quiet and convenient, with the beach within walking distance. The price was relatively affordable.
On the downside, the room was a bit far from the pool and required walking uphill. The room door would not latch properly and had to be locked at all times. The beds were standard and not particularly comfortable. Air conditioning was available only for an extra fee, worked poorly, and was installed in just one room, leaving the second room without cooling. The Wi-Fi signal did not reach the room, and check-in was delayed compared to the time stated on Booking.
