Villa Stefanija is a rare find, a boutique hotel that feels like a well-kept secret in Istria. The location is simply outstanding: not directly on the coast but very close to it, making it easy to reach many beaches and lovely places. Everywhere is conveniently near. The surroundings are peaceful and the views are stunning, stretching from the bay to the distant mountains.
The apartment was excellent — spacious, stylish, and comfortable, with a subtle “quiet luxury” that impresses without shouting. Service here is exceptional: the warm staff, genuinely hospitable, and attentive without being intrusive. Their kindness and thoughtful touches made our stay personal and relaxed.
If you want a top-tier boutique experience in Istria, Croatia , calm, scenic, and perfectly positioned to explore the coast — Villa Stefanija delivers. Highly recommended.

This indeed is a quality hotel. (high entrance) parking garage, good breakfast, dog friendly, lovely people working there, very comfortable beds, great airco as it was hot and outside the room you can take bottled water, soda, apples or muesli reels. Oh and a clean and spacious room.
That we had to leave!

Clean. Coffee, apple and water are mare readily available for guests in each floor. Love this.

Not used to the sound from the church at night although already used the ear plugs provided by the hotel.
