Staff were helpful and efficient, good location, great onsite bar/restaurant and had a modern feel. Good sized room and good shower.
Room stayed too hot without the a/c on. Mattress a little sunken.

Fantastic bed; excellent breakfast; super friendly check-in; great location within easy walking distance of transport to Sydney, shopping and restaurants; good temperature control in room. Would happily stay here again.

I liked the layout, the quality of the furnishings, I like everything about the room
Birds landing on the balcony screaming at 3am in the morning, but they eventually went away

Good location
Comfortable bed and spacious room
Bland decor, empty fridge, not that we use items but it looks better. Minimal crockery, for instance, 2cups,2saucers,2 spoons. Ok basic that's all you need. Room not cleaned daily.
