The rooms have a lot of space, everything was clean. It has a great location, very close to the underground. Staff was super kind.

Clean and modern, stable beds. Common place downstairs to sit, great that they have their own coffee/cafe place! Really nice that you could acces your own locker with your door keycard.

It was my second visit so i knew how good it was. location near Tower bridge 10 minutes to underground near pubs and supermarket. Nice staff with everything well set out and lovely and clean. Cosy atmosphere cant wait to return next time in London,

Price
I couldn't sleep before 2pm because of the noise from the street and it’s all blame to the hostel….
I’ve ordered an all-female 4-beds room but was allocated to a mixed room at the beginning. It’s not the first time they made this kind of mistake. Me and my friend stayed here before, and she was given a six beds room although she reserved a four beds. The staff changed mine to an empty 6-bed room later (another girl joined later). I thought it would be good, but it’s a nightmare: as what I observed, 4-beds rooms are at the silent side, but 6-beds rooms are near the street. The new room was at the first floor: not a single second of moment that the room was free from the sounds of vehicles and trains from the streets after very midnight, and even some musical bands rehearsed!
It’s really unfair, as I paid the price of 4-beds room, despite a few of euros, but it’s my choices.
