After a short flight of stairs, you reach a stylish and immaculately presented first floor air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with secure underground parking is set within tranquil gardens and centrally located in Subiaco. The apartment is just a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, bus and train routes, Regal theatre and King Edward Memorial Hospital. Specialist doctors, medical centres and major hospitals (Sir Charles Gardiner, St John of God and Perth Children Hospital) are 5 minutes away by car and easily accessible by public transport. The lounge and dining areas are light and spacious. TV, WIFI, DVD player are provided along with a range of DVD’s, books and magazines. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes complete with microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, toaster and full sized fridge and dishwasher. A complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ of basic pantry requirements such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, bread, butter, spreads and milk are supplied upon arrival. Gluten free bread and dairy free milk is available if required. Additional pantry needs can be supplied upon request at nominal cost. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have built in robes, drawers, AM/FM radio and bedside lamps. Quality sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows are supplied. Provided in the modern bathroom are hair dryer, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and tissues. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. The laundry is equipped with iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and automatic washing machine. Detergent and fabric softener are provided. Trevor was there to welcome us. The Apartment was very clean, everything was there, very handy location, close to bus and train. We enjoyed the time in Subi. 10 out of 10 . Would go back there any time.

Loved the location for our three night stay in Perth. Trevor met us on arrival and told us all that we needed to know. The accommodation was perfect for us and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Loved that we could catch up with a load of laundry and everything we needed to prepare a home cooked meal. A very pleasant surprise was the bread, milk, butter and jame supplied as well as other staples . Thanks for a wonderful stay! There were also many brochures and bus schedules to help us get around. The location was quiet but close to restaurants and stores as well as a very short walk to the train station. We highly recommend this Subiaco apartment for a trip to Perth. Such a beautiful city. The A/C was also much appreciated to help us keep cool in the hot summer weather.

Trevor is a great host with a beautiful property in a central location. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. It is well maintained, stylishly presented and a pleasure to stay in. Super clean with the guests requirements at is heart. The little thing like the fresh bread and the touch of Christmas made you feel so welcome. There is nothing negative to say, just highly recommend this property. Thanks to Trevor for making such a great stay.

We were greeted by the host on arrival who helped with our luggage up a few stairs. The car was securely parked. The unit has fully ducted air conditioning which was a godsend on Xmas Day. Would fully recommend

The check-in process was flawless, we were greeted by owner and shown around, waiting for us was fresh bread, milk and butter, the pantry was well stocked and anything we needed was there, it was clean and quiet, sitting up high in the lovely garden, walking distance from Subiaco I would highly recommend this place 🙂

Excellent. I appreciated the milk and bread being provided because it meant I didn't need to go to the supermarket. Convenient but not noisy at night. Internet was good too.

Me and my wife stayed here for a night as we had a show at regal, saving on Uber costs and making life easy. Short walk to everything in Subiaco. Super clean property, very secure parking, property manager very friendly and explanative about rules and how everything works. Would stay again 👌

This apartment in Subiaco was spotlessly clean with all the amenities one would need while not at home. Trevor’s attention to little details to make our stay in Perth seamless was greatly appreciated, from the fresh loaf of bread and condiments to the up to date train and bus timetables. The shot walk to a fabulous restaurant strip, train station as well as supermarkets makes this a perfect place to stay while visiting Perth.

Grreted by helpful host,who kindly left a loaf of fresh bakery bread, milk and butter for us. The apartment is well-equipped with lots of thoughtful inclusions in the pantry, plenty of cooking equipment and crockery in the kitchen. There was a lovely ambience in the apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay and highly recommend. Will be happy to return.

Firstly, Trevor our contact person, was excellent. The apartment was beautiful. It looked like it was designed by professionals. The interior was amazing and the decor was very relaxing. All amenities worked well. It was close to shops and only 20 minutes from the airport. I would certainly stay there again.

Stayed here in Perth to see the soccer. Central position, great suburb, on train line to Freo, city, airport. Immaculately clean and everything you need for a stay away from home. We walked to Kings Park also which was within a good walk away.

We stayed in Trevor’s unit for a few nights. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well stocked with essentials plus extras. Loved the bread, butter and spreads provided. Towels were thick and fluffy and bed was comfortable. The unit is located in a quiet street very close to KEMH and Subiaco shops.

This apartment is beautifully presented, clean and tidy. Kitchen, bathroom and living room is well equipped with everything we needed and more. The linen was fresh and beautiful. There were games for the kids and a cot for our baby. It’s located in a convenient location. The communication and help from Trevor, the Property Manager is outstanding. We will book again and I highly recommend.
