Great location. A well maintained pool. The staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate and assist us. It’s also in a great location, a very quaint little neighbourhood.
The fan did very little to help with the heat and the humidity. The shower was slow to heat up and dribbled rather than poured. A lot of the little novelties, like the guitar and the pool cues are old and broken. The place needs a little bit of love to bring it up to date.

The crew reception ,....the women in charge of the Hostal....the breakfast....The crew was very friendly (Alexa Carolina,Fernanda,Martha Alejandra , and a young man (Rapaz ...) ....Yvonne , Alejandra .
The organisation of the fridge, ( sometimes , some food are missing ).......Some of the clients ,has dogs and used to dig in the pool with their dresses.,coming directly unclean from work .
I think La Ermita needs a second fridge & to be much strict in the pool organisation (as taking a shower before swimming ,!!. )
Hoping that these améliorations will be impllemented when I come back to Mérida..
Last , I will appreciate to have a better fee , especially for long stay ( like mine : minimum 1 month )!

Very nice location for day of the dead. Nice staff and breakfast is good.
