The view and the beach

The attitude of the staff (with the exception of the person at the parking). It seems that the house rules are not the same for everybody. We for example notices that several people took one or more fruits to the rooms (and there were a lot of waitresses standing there and watching) but when we wanted to bring one banana to the room we were stopped and had to give it back (even after we explained to her that we saw other people doing the same!) At the checkout we had to ask for the deposit after they already said bye to us. Not very professional! The food (breakfast and seafood) didn’t seem to be so fresh.

sea view was awesome… after we rejected a room on level 1 - view was of the ocean through a fence. we asked for a room on level 3 or more which they gave us.

no air conditioning in the room, no glasses or silverware or plates even though there was a kitchenette.
