Breakfast and restaurant service and food
Overall staff service very good
Location
1. Once checked in, a stranger entered my room as he has just checked in as well and given my same room!
2. Limited frigo bar products.. just water and coca cola
3. Poor building maintenance especially elevators (1 out of 3 working AGAIN), poor elevator shaft maintenance still!
4. SPA with no resources on site.. no massages personnel, pool is deteriorated and poor maintenance. Gym has 2 machines and one is broken.
