Best Western Jeju Hotel

Great location of Jeju city. Car park available for guests. Room was great and clean. Definitely need a car to get around Jeju as sites are far apart. But worth the experience.

The hotel is near to many restaurants, Emart and Lotte mart. Convenient location. Complimentary parking for guest. There is a convenience store and Starbucks at the hotel lobby.

Clean, the location was good for driving and taking the bus to the market, restaurants, etc., convenience store and Starbucks in the building, staff mostly pleasant.

No sink in the bathroom The sink is not located in the bathroom but in the bedroom. That means after you use the toilet, you have to open the bathroom door with dirty hands every time. So even if you just shower, after you open the door you have to wash your hands after touching the handle. I can’t quite understand why they went ahead with this design. It was shown in the pictures before I booked but it’s not something you really consider until you are there using the room. Breakfast employee coughing and sneezing everywhere While I was eating breakfast, a male employee was collecting dirty plates from the table behind. He was clearly very sick, coughing, sneezing and spluttering everywhere. I’m sorry that he was sick, but if that is the case, send him home. Don’t spread the illness to everyone else eating breakfast. It was very off putting. WiFi Very slow. Not good enough to watch YouTube videos. Download speed was between 4 and 8 Mbps. Elevator system If you are staying on the mid floors, good luck on getting the elevator down in the morning. There are 3 but whatever system they use they go from the floor to the top and only one of them stops on the way down. I was on the 6th floor and after 10 minutes I gave up and walked down the stairs.
