The onsen bathing facilities were nicely designed.
The interior layout was a bit confusing, we never mastered the maze of hallways.

The outside insen facing the forest
The toxic smells of the cleaning products used throughout & the inside saunas were overpowering. Food was challenging as well . Staff were lovely though
