特急が2時間遅れたのにもかかわらず、駅まで迎えに来てくれたり、食事を確保していてくれたり、対応が大変気持ちよかったです。お風呂も流石三代名湯、という感じで疲れを癒すことができました
食事もとっても豪華でした
部屋のアメニティ等も、これでもかと言うくらい気遣いに溢れたものでした

トイレが詰まった。便器の中におしぼりのような物が入っていて、流したが流れずフロントに処置をお願いした。
追加で朝食を頼んだがコスパがかなり低い印象。
