EVERYRHING. The care of the personnel, the environment of the whole hotel, the breakfast, the details (sake, candy, clothing...) It's simply amazing

The hosts were lovely! They received us with open arms, a very homey environment. They invited us to drink tea and tell them a little bit about ourselves, and then they explained a little bit about the hotel facilities, about the town, and they even offered us a chance to try on a traditional yukata!
We didn't like that our visit was so short.

The small details made this place unique. The sweet treats, the sake and yuzu tasting and the Irori to sit at.
Beds and pillows a bit hard for us. Didn’t get good nights’ sleep over the 2 nights we were there.

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is amazing, Minori was great! The Japanese breakfast was very good and the staff really make us feel welcome and help us navigate the first night.
